Trade Routes

Trade Route Example

I consider trading routes as places players go to buy and sell items routinely. They can be from one trading hub to another or from one mission hub to a trading hub. This requires several things in order to be successful. First off they player needs to do extensive research on the buying and selling locations to see what kind of inventory can be moved at both and which can be more profitable. This is not a blanket approach like the region wide trading, but it can actually be more profitable with less time spent gathering goods to sell on the market. It is important to find items you can buy in one location and sell in another with as little stops as possible. I will discuss the best ways to find these routes and how you can make a good profit doing so.

Today CCP released their next part of the expansion for Retribution. This includes many bug fixes and a few capital ship changes. Players also received a new limited edition battle-cruiser that looks to be cool and functional which is refreshing after the Echelon which was ugly and useless. The market has already begun buying these up with an average price around 150 million isk each, and assuming they don’t release more it will be interesting to see how much use they actually get, and how high the price might go. Read about the little changes Here

Every day this week I will be making an article on trading in eve-online. Know that in these articles I won’t really give specifics of what was traded, but I give a few examples of some of the items that were traded. I think that the player needs to find where the need is and make it their own because even if I were to hand out everything I know it wouldn’t make the player vested in their own success. Quite frankly if you don’t care to do the research then trading isn’t for you, because you will lose millions. The concept is very simple though when it comes to all types of trading buy low, sell high. Most people will tell you that’s how you can be successful in trading, but it also helps to do research.  I started with less than one hundred million and if I found out how to make isk anyone else could, but research is the only way you can be successful. Here are the most common ways to trade, Region-wide, Trade Routes, Contracts, Stations, and Speculation.

Planetside 2 is an MMOFPS the second of its genre. In the game there are three factions who only live to kill each other; Terrain Republic who have fast shooting weapons, Vanu Sovereignty who have accurate weapons, and the New Conglomerate who have high damage weapons. Each has empire specific vehicles and weapons which all have advantages and disadvantages.

Today I will be discussing the Engineer and everything players should cert into and do to maximize experience. A basic engineer will fit with about 1600 certs, however I recommend for a higher fit that runs around 3450 certs for reasons explained below.

This week I will be making a daily post about each class in planetside 2 and what players should cert into and do to become better with them. Today I’ll be discussing the medic and what is needed to be good with this class. Medic is one of the hardest classes to become really good at. It requires almost 1200 cert points if you want to be one of the best.

Every now and then I hear from players in Planetside 2 who don’t feel they are ready to join an outfit because they are still learning the game and don’t want to hinder an outfit. There are also those who are afraid of commitment and would rather just solo and because of this they often quit the game within a month. There is absolutely no reason a player should not try to find a good outfit to play with.
